Children are naturally curious and outer space is captivating to adults and children alike. Outer space activities are a fantastic stepping stone into STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) activities, encourages creative thinking, and appeals to our sense of wonder. We will learn about day and night, the planets, create moonscapes, and hunt for space rocks!

Big Top Camp

July 8-12

Step right up and join the fun because the circus has come to town! From tightrope walkers to lion tamers, we’ll have plenty of fun under our big top. We will play circus games, make a lion’s mane, design our own popcorn bucket and more. With bright colors, animals, and lots of movement opportunities, this camp is one you don’t want to miss!

Action

July 22-26

Science helps children develop an understanding of the world around them through exploration and inquiry. Children learn best by doing and this science camp will encourage children to DO. We will create chemical reactions, use our 5 senses, and investigate properties of matter. We will record our results in a science notebook, just as true scientists do!
